Custom Wool Coat
This hand crafted wool coat was made for a charity auction for the Cascadia Radical Faeries, where it fetched about $400.00. It is made of several different pieces of wool using a pattern that I designed.

The material I used is Marino wool. It is faily heavy, yet soft wool.

This coat is fully lined with silk.

This coat can also be a riding coat as it has a slit in the back that can be secured using snaps to keep in warmth when it is not used for riding.

The handmade belt buckle is constructed of scrap steel pieces that I had on hand. It took less than one hour to make and adds a unique touch to this garment that is not available in commercialy sold jackets.

A man bought this coat for his mother, who lives in Chicago. If you are in Chicago at the right place and time, you just might see it being worn!
