The memories of sitting around a fire in the woods at night, watching falling stars inspired me to create this light sculpture, which in reality is the rear buckle of a bicycle chain belt.

The fire, the trees, and the shooting stars are engravings on glass that are lit by LED lights.

The facade are stainless steel flatware pieces retrieved from estate sale trash.
